Hey everyone! I hope your all having a wonderful Thanksgiving today! 

I know, I know, I've been completely invisible lately. I've been really busy with work and haven't had much free time, but I plan on changing that in a couple ways! 

First, I'm thinking of creating a card for the holiday card project this year! I did it once quite a few years ago, and I think I'd really enjoy doing that again. ^^

Also, I've been thinking of doing an advent calender type thing for Christmas this year to try and get back into the swing of things and be more active on this site. It may just be a little doodle at times, depending on how busy I am with work, but I will definitely try to get something out every day starting December 1st! 

Would you guys be interested in this at all? Let me know your thoughts! ^^

Hey everyone! I know it's been a long time since I've been active on here, but I've been busy the past 5 months with my new job, and haven't felt the motivation to draw or write as much lately. :/ But that's about to change as I'm planning on drawing and writing as often as I can during my free time now, so I hope you'll look forward to that! ^^

Anyways, that's not why I'm writing this journal today (though it did need to be said). I'm writing to tell you the big news that in May I will be visiting my best friend and partner in crime heidichou at her college in Chicago, and we will be attending Anime Central (ACen) together! It's going to be so much fun! Our tentative line-up of cosplays so far is as follows:

Day 1: as Hiyori and me as Kofuku from Noragami
Day 2:  as Aladdin Sadness and me as Morgiana Joy from Magi Inside Out
Day 3:  as Fem!Zoro and me as Fem!Ace from One Piece

Again, this is just our tentative line-up at the moment, as things may change based on the Con's scheduling of events and our ability to get all the outfits together in time. :3 

I am so excited though as this will be my first time at ACen, let alone any big anime convention away from home, and I can't wait to see what all it has to offer! Plus, it'll be so much fun getting back together with my partner in crime again. xD

Hey guys, so I recently got a job at our local grocery store, and I'm thinking of using some of the money I've earned so far to purchase a tablet. I'm not a very tech savvy person though, so I'm still not sure what to get. I'm thinking maybe an iPad since I've used one before (the school lent out iPads to us to use for school purposes), but I also have seen the Galaxy Tab around, which I've heard good things about and it also looked a bit cheaper... I don't have the biggest budget, so I'd like to find something somewhat reasonably priced if possible. Do any of you have the experience to understand the pros and cons of each tablet? Which do you guys prefer? If anyone can explain about which tablet would be better (or heck, even suggest a completely different one that you prefer), that'd be greatly appreciated! ^^
